Coaching is all about guiding you out of stress and conflict and into a place of strength and peace, loving yourself, and life at a whole new level. You know yourself best, so a skilled coach knows how to guide you and help you tap into your own wisdom...to find the solutions that work for your life. Good coaches don't give advice, per se (my answers will never be as good as your own). I just help you get to that truth, because we're often disconnected from our own right answers. Coaching is similar to psychotherapy, however it's not exactly the same. It does address blocks, beliefs, and wounds. However coaching focuses on the present and future, building on the hard, deeper work you've already done in counseling or psychotherapy. It's not meant to address serious mental health concerns. The good news? You'll have the benefit of both approaches, since I am trained, experienced and certified/licensed in psychotherapy and coaching.
